Customer Research

At Leeds Building Society we believe it’s very important to know what our members think of us. This is why we have launched TalkingPoint, our online member forum, giving members an opportunity to share their thoughts on a range of topics concerning both the society, and the financial sector in general.

Alongside this we’re working together with ORC International to conduct a customer satisfaction programme with a number of our members, so we can find out what we are doing well and what we can do better.

ORC International is an independent market research agency we have recently started working with. They will be conducting the research on our behalf, contacting members either by telephone or by an online survey sent to their email address. It only takes a few minutes of your time to give us your feedback, so your participation would be greatly appreciated. Your responses will be anonymous.
